DOWNSTAIRS - OPEN-PLAN SPACE
Walk through the hallway into your beautiful, open-plan space designed for togetherness, where the kitchen, living and dining areas flow in a relaxed organic surf aesthetic. Double doors open directly to your private, enclosed garden with an outdoor dining area, creating an indoor-outdoor space to enjoy with your favourite people.
THE LIVING ROOM
This is your space to relax, whether with a morning coffee as you plan the day with your family, or sharing a bottle of wine in the evening whilst watching a movie on the Smart TV. Unique touches like the properties original leather sofa, reclaimed wood coffee table, fireplace and surf-themed prints create the organic aesthetic and the perfect, comfortable space for togetherness.
THE DINING AREA
A stunning wooden table for six, alongside a wine rack and a cocktail station equipped with wine glasses and champagne flutes. The perfect space for casual fish and chips or a competitive game of Uno!
THE KITCHEN
This beautifully equipped kitchen is designed to bring people together. Gather around the breakfast bar for coffee from the pod machine or cafetière, served in vibrant Le Creuset mugs while discussing beach adventures for the day ahead. With a large fridge-freezer, plenty of surface space, and full suite of amenities, preparing meals becomes a joyful part of your holiday experience. Let the dishwasher handle the washing up, so you can focus on time spent together!
THE GARDEN
Gather for morning coffee or sunset drinks around the outdoor dining table for six in the private, enclosed garden. The garden's private back entrance makes it easy to come and go with your surfboards, and the perfect place for storing them after a day at one (or more!) of Newquay’s beaches together.
THE PORCH AND HALLWAY
The entrance porch makes beach life easy! There is plenty of space for everyone to shed their sandy wetsuits, flip-flops, and dry robes after walking back from the beach. Under the stairs, a washing machine and tumble dryer stand ready to refresh everyone's gear for the next day's Newquay adventure.
UPSTAIRS SPACE - 3 BEDROOMS (SLEEPS 6) & BATHROOM
Head upstairs for a peaceful retreat for your group, featuring two double bedrooms, a bunkbed room, and a beautiful bathroom. Recharge together after days filled with fun, laughter and adventure.
BEDROOM 1
Features a comfortable double bed with high-quality linen, blinds, a wardrobe, and the glow of rattan lamps on the bedside tables. Surf-themed prints nod to your coastal adventures, and a travel cot can be added upon request to keep your littlest explorer close by.
BEDROOM 2
Features another comfortable double bed with high-quality linen and plenty of storage space in the pine wardrobe and chest of drawers. Surf-themed prints echo your days spent on Newquay's beaches, and rattan lamps glow on the bedside tables. This bedroom can also accommodate a travel cot upon request for your little adventurers.
BEDROOM 3
Perfect for friends, siblings or cousins, this bunkbed room features a full-sized bunk bed for two, complete with blinds and bedside table for a peaceful sleep.
BATHROOM
The beautiful bathroom, featuring a stone vessel sink and a semi-recessed roll-top bath with a dual rainforest/handheld shower is perfect for washing away the sand and salt after a long day at the beach.

BOOKING AGREEMENT
To ensure the perfect stay, please only book if you're happy to respect a few important house rules:
- Maintain a smoke-free environment, with no smoking or vaping, inside the home and back garden.
- To preserve the tranquil atmosphere, events, parties, loud music, or gatherings are not permitted.
- For safety, candles, incense, or any open flames are strictly prohibited.
- Up to two well-behaved dogs are permitted, but to ensure the house remains accessible for guests with allergies, other pets, included cats are not permitted.
