PAYMENT

If booking more than 2 weeks in advance, 50% of the amount is payable upon booking with the remainder payable 14 days ahead of your stay.

If booking less than 2 weeks in advance, the full amount will be due upon booking. 

Due to the popularity of this property, refunds for cancellations are not possible. 

UPON BOOKING

Upon booking, you'll receive an email with confirmation of your booking, including payment details and the exact address of your holiday home. 

24 HOURS BEFORE YOU CHECK-IN FOR YOUR HOLIDAY

24 hours before your holiday starts, you will receive a personalised email with the following:

Exact property address and directions.

Digital house manual.

Wifi details and password.

Lockbox code for check-in.

CHECKING IN TO YOUR NEWQUAY HOLIDAY HOME!

Check-in method: The house key is stored inside a lockbox at the property for a super convenient check-in with your favourite people.

Check-in time: 2PM.

Check-out time: 10 AM.

Early check-in/late check-out: Early check-in/late check-out will be offered at no additional cost when the calendar allows, however this cannot be guaranteed, especially in peak-season. Availability for an early check-in/late check out with you 24 hours beforehand.
