Downstairs

Walk through the hallway into a beautiful open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen, styled with a relaxed surf/organic aesthetic. Double doors open directly to your private, enclosed garden with outdoor seating.

Living Room: Sofas to seat six and Smart TV. Enjoy unique touches like the property's original leather sofa, a reclaimed wood coffee table, and surf-themed prints.

Dining Area: A stunning wooden table seats six, alongside a wine rack and a cocktail station equipped with wine glasses and champagne flutes.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, cooking utensils, a coffee pod machine, and a cafetière. Le Creuset mugs and ceramics add colour and vibrancy.

Porch & Hallway: The entrance porch has plenty of space for wetsuits, flip-flops, and dry robes. Under the stairs, you’ll find a washing machine, tumble dryer, and cleaning essentials.

Upstairs - Bedrooms (Sleeps 6) & Bathroom

Bedroom 1 & 2: Each features a comfortable double bed with high-quality linens, a wardrobe, surf-themed prints, and bedside tables with rattan lamps.

Bedroom 3: A full-sized bunk bed for two, with a bedside table.

Bathroom: A beautiful room with a stone vessel sink and a semi-recessed roll-top bath featuring a dual rainforest/handheld shower.

Outdoor Space

Enjoy your morning coffee or sunset drinks at the outdoor dining table for six. The garden has its own back entrance, perfect for storing your board after a day at one (or more!) of Newquay’s beaches.

Prime Location - Walk to Almost Everything!

Parking around Newquay becomes a little challenging during peak holiday season, so you’ll be pleased to know that you walk almost everywhere in Newquay from your holiday home!

Beaches: Tolcarne (2-min walk), Lusty Glaze and Great Western (10-min walk), Towan and Newquay Harbour (18-22 min walk), Fistral and Porth (30-min walk or short drive).

Newquay Town: Just a 5-minute walk to the start of Newquay's coffee shops, restaurants, surf shops, pasty shops, pubs, and bars.

Coastal Access: A 1-minute walk to the start of the stunning South West Coastal Path.

Transport Links: A nearby bus stop connects you to Perranporth and Truro. Newquay Train Station is an 8-minute walk, and the Coach Station is a 12-minute walk.

Further Beaches: Watergate Bay, Mawgan Porth, and Crantock are a 10-14 minute drive.

A small supermarket is also within a 2-min walk.

One dedicated off-road space on the driveway, plus free on-road parking for a second car is available.

What's Provided

All bedding for six people

All towels for six people (bath towels, hand towels, and tea towels).

A starter pack including tea bags, ground coffee, sugar, cooking essentials (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, condiments), toilet roll and cleaning supplies (washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, bin liners, kitchen roll).

Travel cot and stairgates are available on request for a family-friendly, stress-free stay.

Easy Check-In & Check-Out

Access is via a key lockbox. The code will be provided 24 hours before your booking. Check-in is from 2 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. I try to offer early check-in/late check-out where possible based on availability (but not guaranteed) with confirmation provided 24 hours before your arrival.
